Banana Salad & Dressing Recipe

1 cup sugar **
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons vinegar
4 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon oleo or butter
Chopped peanuts

** can replace 1 cup of sugar for l/2 cup sugar & l/2 cup brown sugar

In 2 or 3 cup sauce pan, beat thoroughly 2 eggs
Add 1 cup of sugar, 2 T vinegar, 4 T water

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until
Add 1 T butter or oleo
Chill until cold
Slice bananas length wise on serving plate
spread dressing on top of bananas, add chopped peanuts
