1 lb sweet red peppers (about 5)
1 lb green peppers (about 5)
1 lb onions (3-4 medium)
1 1/2 c Heinz White Vinegar
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers and remove seeds. Chop peppers and onions finely or put through coarse blade of food chopper. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan; bring to boil and cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 min stirring occasionally. Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
