1 small head cabbage
3 medium onions
3 medium carrots
2 green peppers
1 sweet red pepper
1 1/2 c Heinz White Vinegar
3/4 c granulated sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put all vegetables through coarse blade of food chopper (or chop cabbage, onions and peppers finely. Grate carrots.) In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and return to boil and simmer 5 min. Spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal.
