4 1/2 - 5 lb chicken
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/ c flour
2 T chili powder
1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 c margarine
1/4 c cooking oil
1/2 c stuffed green olives, sliced
1 c mild onion, sliced
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in salt, pepper, flour, chili powder and oregano. Pack in a casserole and pour melted margarine and cooking oil over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 oven. Add olives, onions and water and cook 1 more hour- covered. Serve with rice.
