8 oz (1C) lg dry lima beans (or 3 cans butter beans)
1-16 oz ca (2C) tomatoes
4 oz bologna, coarse chopped (used ring)
3T dry onion soup mix
1C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans, place in large saucepan with 3 cups water. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 2 min. Let stand 1 hour. Do not drain. Cover & simmer for 1 hour. Add tomatoes, bologna and soup mix. Bring to a boiling, simmer 15 minutes. Add milk - heat through.
