5 Chiles, jalapenos or serranos (depending on spiciness)
7 Roma tomatoes (any tomatoes will work)
1/2 bunch cilantro
5 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
Salt
Couple of dashes Cumin
5 tomatillos
Queso Fresco

Directions:
Directions:
Roast chiles and tomatoes. Make sure to turn veggies to blacken whole veggie. Roast garlic cloves until soft.

In blender add a couple of tomatoes and all of the garlic. Blend until tomatoes and garlic are will mixed (no chunks). Add all tomatillos.

Add all chiles and tomatoes to blend; you choose the consistency of chunky or smooth.

Chop cilantro and onion. Add to salsa. Add salt to taste. Add a couple dashes of cumin.

Optional: crumble Queso Fresco into Salsa.
