Ingredients:  
indeterminate chunk of meat
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 onion
1/3 - 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat and season
Pour 15 oz can tomato sauce over meat
Add onion, sugar and oregano
Bake slow at 325 for a couple hours
Drain mushrooms and stir in towards the end.
Serve over egg noodles.
