4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can 29 oz solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 cps vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose four
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes before removing to wire rack.

My sister Mary gave me this recipe. She used to make it for Rachael and Chelsea's school birthday at school. She topped them with cream cheese frosting. Thanks Mary Andrade for this delicious recipe.
