Fruit Salad Recipe

16 oz of cream cheese
c brown sugar (or to taste)
c granulated sugar (or to taste)
Any combination of:
Green grapes
Red grapes
Candied Pecans:
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 TBSP water
2 c pecans

Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together cream cheese, c brown sugar and c granulated sugar. Add fruit. Set aside.
In a bowl mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat egg white and water just until frothy, not stiff. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Add sugar mixture to pecans until well coated. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet covered with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
Once cool, add to the salad.
