1 med head of cauliflower cut into florets
1 stalk of celery, cut into 1 pieces
1 med onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 qt chicken or turkey broth
1 c light cream
tsp Worcestershire sauce
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cauliflower, celery, onion. salt, pepper and broth in sauce pot on low. Cover and cook 6-8 hours. Puree mixture. Return to pot. Add cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on high 5-10 minutes to heat. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
