4 Large Potatoes
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter; melted
Favorite Seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Slice potatoes into wedges (approx 8 wedges per potato). Place on baking sheet. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Brush 1/2 of the mixture on to potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Brush with remaining seasonings and bake for 10 more minutes.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
