Quiche Lorraine Recipe

10" unbaked Pie Crust
6 slices diced Bacon
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Bell Pepper
1 small jar Pimentos

Cook bacon and onion for 5 minutes. Cover bottom of pie crust with bacon, onion and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Mix eggs, remainder cheese, milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper, bell pepper and pimentos. Pour over bacon mixture. Bake in 450 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake until custard is well set.
