1 medium spaghetti squash

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Rub with oil.
Place on a rimmed baking sheet and roast until tender when pierced with knife, 45 minutes to one hour. When cool enough to handle, . Scrape squash with a fork to remove flesh in long strands.
