3 medium-size potatoes, peeled and diced (2-1/2 c)
1 c water
1/2 c chopped onions
1 can 11 oz kernel corn, drained
1 can 8-3/4 oz creamed corn
1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
1 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Chili powder for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes, water, and onion to boil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once or twice until potatoes are tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes.

Leftover ham or cooked seafood can be added.

Garnish with chili powder.
