1 lb Italian sausage, cut into 1" chunks
1 medium onion, cut into 1" chunks
1 green pepper, cut into 1" chunks
1 red pepper, cut into 1" chunks (or use another green pepper)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4" chunks
3/4 c water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

In a large skillet, brown sausage on all sides. Drain off excess drippings; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat about 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.
