2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 c scalded milk
1-1/4 c cooked rice
Dash cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and salt until mixed. Add scalded milk, rice, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins. Put in greased casserole dish. Set casserole dish in a pan of water and bake 1-1/2 hours at 325.
