2 c sliced potatoes
2 c chopped celery
2 c sliced carrots
2 c ground beef
1 c sliced onions
2 c canned tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased casserole, make a layer of each ingredients in the order listed. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake for 2 hours at 350.
