1 lb ground beef
1 c dry rice
1 small onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 c water
2 c tomato juice
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown meat, onion, and green pepper until golden. Add dry rice and stir until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer slowiy until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender about 30 minutes.
