32 ounce bag of diced hash browns
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup diced carrots (optional)
5 cups water
2 1/2 tbsp. chicken stock or 3-5 chicken bullion cubes (to taste)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil:
hash browns,
onions,
carrots,
water,
chicken stock or bullion cubes
for 30 minutes.

Then add celery soup,
chicken soup,
milk.

Top with grated cheese to serve.
