1 to 2 Tbsp sugar
2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar and milk, beating until well blended. Add vanilla and fold in egg whites. Pour into cups or glasses and sprinkle nutmeg on top..
