1 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c sugar
2 T cocoa
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 T vegetable oil
3/4 to 1 c walnuts, chopped
3/4 brown sugar
1/4 cocoa
1-3/4 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 T cocoa. Add milk, vanilla and oil. Mix until smooth. Add walnuts, Pour into 8 in square cake pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 c cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Top with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
