1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c uncooked rice
2/3 c milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Drop rounded tbsp of mixture in shallow baking pan (13x9x2). Combine soup and water. Pour over meat. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350.
