2 good size Pork Steaks
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tsp Djion Mustard
2 tsp Wholegrain mustard
1/4 c. broth

1/4 cup Single cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1 Mix vinegar, mustards and broth together.

2 Place steaks in slow cooker. Pour mixture over steak ensuring all sides of steak are covered.

3 Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

4 Optional - When finished cooking, take out the steaks add to a serving bowl. Then add the cream to the juice in the slow cooker and stir in. Pour over the steaks and serve.
