3 pounds boneless pork ribs
olive oil
salt & pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange ribs in a 9 x 13 baking dish; lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 40 minutes, turning once. Pour off fat (I usually just transfer the meat to another baking dish). Lower temp to 350.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake, covered, at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Baste occasionally with sauce.

These are fantastic-so tender and the sauce is zesty and sweet. One of my all time favorite recipes. We usually serve it with rice.
