cup honey
cup veg. oil
cup vinegar
cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic
Flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Score flank steak. Place in zip lock baggie. Mix all ingredients in small bowl, pour over meat in baggie. Place bag on plate and marinate in fridge 4 hours or overnight. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side (discard marinade).
Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Slice on diagonal.
