Ingredients:  
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
salt
pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
grated onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mashed potatoes, egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic and onions.
Preheat griddle to 375.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan; brown on both sides.

I've made these a couple times since sometimes I have leftover mashed potatoes and don't want to use potato flakes.
