Sam's Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

2 lbs hamburger
3 onions
3 green peppers
5 celery stalks
2 tsp crushed garlic

1-14 oz can tomato paste
1-28 oz can tomatoes
1-48 oz can tomato juice
2 cans whole mushrooms
2 cans stems and pieces mushrooms with juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp celery salt (optional)
3/4 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp oregano

Brown first five ingredients.

Add the rest (add the tomato juice when simmering).

Simmer for three hours.
