Pork ribs
1 large onion
8 bay leaves
Canadian Steak seasoning
Granulated garlic
BBQ sauce
Liquid smoke (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into 4 inch chunks. Place in cold water. Drop in 1 large onion and 8 bay leaves. Bring to slow boil and boil for 1 1/2 hours. Take out of water and blot with paper towel. Place on grill meaty side down, brown for 3-4 minutes with Canadian Steak seasoning and granulated garlic. Turn over, paint on Famous Dave's sauce, season again with Canadian Steak seasoning and garlic. Optional to use liquid smoke (we don't).

Mike used to cook and demo meat at Sam's. This is his recipe. Canadian Steak is a Tone product, sold at Sam's, but probably at other places.
