7 cups of all purpose flour
2 Tbsp dry yeast
1 1/2 cups lukewarm milk
4 sticks butter (1 lb.)
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
16 oz. sugar (pearle sugar is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Melt butter, mix with egg yolks
Beat egg whites until firm
Mix butter/egg mixture, flour, vanilla and salt into a dough.
Fold egg whites into the dough.
Let the dough rise OVERNIGHT.
Mix sugar into dough.
Pour about 1/2 cup into belgian waffle maker and cook about 2 minutes.

This must sit in fridge overnight so make batter the night before you want to eat these.
I asked David how many this makes, but he can't remember for sure. The recipe says (12x4) so hopefully this isn't a ridiculously huge amount.
