2 - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Enough cans of unsmoked clams
1 can clam chowder
parsley
6 tbsp. olive oil
white wine to taste
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1 small can of clams for 2 people (adjust accordingly). Heat oil and add the garlic and small onion. Cook onions till clear. Pour in juice from clam can and one glass of wine and boil briskly until foam disappears. Add clams and cook until the next song ends then add clam chowder and stir. Cook for a bit and add salt and pepper as you usually do then let it sit until the noodles are done or the kids are in bed which ever is appropriate. Sprinkle with parsley and SERVE! Blame Joe for this one!!
