1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 - 6 oz. cans tomato paste
3 cups cottage cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese - sliced thin
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. basil
1- 16 oz. can tomatoes
10 lasagna noodles
2 eggs, beaten
cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add the garlic, parsley flakes, basil, salt tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook lasagna, drain and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. Place lasagna noodles in bottom of 13" x 9" x 2" pan and spread 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese and then 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes in 375 oven. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
