Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups popped plain popcorn (about 1/2 cup kernels)
1/4 cup butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
yellow food coloring
blue food coloring
candies, nuts or marshmallows to add as garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium sauce pan. Once the butter is melted add 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. Turn off the heat. Add a couple of drops of yellow food coloring and mix until marshmallow mixture is a bright yellow. When you have a good yellow color, add in one very small drop of blue food coloring and stir. This should give you the perfect "Grinch Green" color marshmallow mixture.
Slowly pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. The more you add, the stickier the popcorn will be. Using a spoon or silicone scraper, gently fold the marshmallow mixture in with the popcorn until the popcorn is mostly covered.
Now pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet covered with foil or a silicone liner. Drizzle a little bit of the remaining marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. DO NOT mix, it needs to be on top for toppings to stick.
Don't wait too long to add the candies or they won't stick. Allow to cool. Break in pieces and serve.

Personal Notes:
The recipe suggests red chocolate candies (m&m's) and mini marshmallows to represent the Grinch's tiny heart that grew 3 sizes, but you can choose whatever you think would be good.
