Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices uncooked bacon
1 jar dried beef
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1½ cups sour cream
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temp.
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place a layer of dried beef on bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish. Pepper chicken breasts. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast. Place bacon wrapped breast on top of dried beef. Combine soup, sour cream and cream cheese in a mixing bowl (it's better to use a big bowl and use the electric mixer to mix it or it's hard to get the lumps out of the cream cheese). Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, covering the entire bottom of the pan. (Use all of the sauce, it will look like a lot though). Cover lightly with foil (and cover the bottom of your oven with foil because it usually runs over a bit.) Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, then turn to 400 degrees and bake for ½ to one hour.
Serve over rice.
