1- 10 oz. can Mushroom Soup
3 tbsp Dry Sherry or milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
cup chopped green onion
paprika
18 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
tsp. dill weed
4 tbsp. butter
lb. sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Heat and stir mushroom soup and 3 tbsp milk or sherry. Set aside. Toss cheese. Beat together eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, parsley flakes, dill weed and pepper. Gently saute mushrooms and onions then add egg mixture and cook till softly set. Grease a 9" x 13" oven proof dish. Place egg mixture in dish. Spread soup mixture on eggs. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 300 for 45 minutes. (1 hour if cold)
Let stand 10 minutes before serving to set. Make 24 hours in advance and refrigerate until needed.
