2 jars marinated artichokes hearts drained, save oil from 1 jar
1 small onion, finely chopped
lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp each of pepper, oregano, Tabasco
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
cup dry bread crumbs
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes. Saute onion and garlic in reserved oil. Beat eggs, add crumbs and seasonings. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 7" x 11" greased pan or into 9" partially baked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until set. Cool slightly, cut into squares and serve.
