1 lb. sea bass
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish fillets in shallow glass dish. Sprinkle or brush mixture of olive oil, garlic, italian seasoning, pepper and slat over fish.
Make a steamer using 3 small balls of aluminum foil in a very large, deep, skillet. Add 1 inch of water to the skillet and bring to a boil. Carefully set the glass dish on the foil balls (shaped in a a triangle). Cover skillet with a tight fitting lid or aluminum foil and steam for 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
