2 lbs. fresh, lean ground beef (do NOT use ground turkey)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2-3 cloves freshly pressed garlic
1 cup finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredient in large mixing bowl; mix well.
Place in two large loaf pans, 4 small loaf pans or shape into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
For loaves, bake uncovered at 350 F. for 1 hour (about 50 minutes for small loaf pans).
For meatballs, bake uncovered at 350 F for about 20 minutes.

I usually triple this recipe and make 4 small loaves and around 70 meatballs. I then freeze them and have meatloaf that's ready in about 20 minutes or meatballs I just add to sauce and heat together. You can also add grated zucchini if you'd like.
