6 oz. medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 can (6 ox.) tuna, drained
1 cup diced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
cup diced green or red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
soup can of milk
1 cup shredded cheese of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Cook and rinse noodles according to package directions.

Drain tuna and combine with vegetables, salt and noodles in 2 qt. baking dish.

Blend soup with milk; heat through. Add cheese; heat until cheese melts. Toss with noodle mixture.

Cover and bake 20 minutes at 375.

We started calling this Wheezy's bowtie pasta (after Wheezy the squeaky penguin in Toy Story) when our kids were little. It's amazing what a name can do to get kids to try something. :)
