2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
2 cups buttermilk
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 pkg fudge striped cookies, broken into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream till soft peaks form, add powdered sugar and vanilla and whip till stiff, being careful not to over whip.
In a large bowl mix the pudding mix and buttermilk, fold in whipped cream. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold till combined evenly. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.

If you like some crunch, reserve half the cookies to add just before serving.
If you don't care about your health, frozen whipped topping could be substituted for the whipping cream. You know, because this "salad" is so healthy the way it is. ;)
