6-8 slices dinner ham
8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Toss sliced potatoes in water and drain (to stop discoloration). Put half of the ham, potatoes and onion in crock pot. Cover with half the soup and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Add 1/4 soup can of water.

Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4 hours.
