10 slices bread, cubed
2 cup grated cheese
2 lbs. ground sausage
5 eggs
2 cups milk
tsp. ground mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup milk
cup red and green peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Brown sausage and drain. Set aside.

Place bread cubes over bottom of dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Place sausage on top of cheese.

Beat eggs with 2 cups milk and mustard. Pour over the sausage. Cover and refrigerate casserole overnight.

In the morning, dilute the soup with the cup of milk and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with chopped peppers. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
