1 T lemon juice
1 T water
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 C light olive oil - not extra virgin
Kosher salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a tall jar wide enough for an immersion blender.. Mix moving the immersion blender gently up and down until think. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
