Muffin batter:
1 cups all-purpose flour
cup granulated sugar
tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1 cup fresh (or frozen and thawed) blueberries

Crumb topping:
cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
cup butter, cubed
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

To make muffin batter:
Combine 1 cups flour, cup sugar, salt, and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with the flour mixture. Fold in the blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top.

To make crumb topping:
Mix together cup sugar, ⅓ cup flour, cup butter, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over the tops of the muffins before baking.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check to see if toothpick comes out clean from the center of a muffin.
