1 c. elbow macaroni
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, and drain. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased slow cooker (crock pot). Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until mixture is firm and golden around edges. Don't remove cover. Serve warm.
