1 box butter cake (Duncan Hines)
8 oz Cool Whip
1/2 C sugar
12 oz frozen coconut
16 oz sour cream
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake in two 8" round pans, following package directions; cool.

Divide into 4 layers.

Combine coconut, sour cream & sugar.

Spread thin amounts of coconut mixture between layers. Assemble cake.

Mix remaining topping with Cool Whip. Spread over cake.

Refrigerate for at least 2 days, and up to 7 days.
