boneless, skinless chicken
milk
1 egg
cracker crumbs
Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Take chicken pieces & dip in a milk & egg batter.

Roll in cracker crumbs & place on a lightly greased casserole dish.

Cover with foil & make a few steam holes.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

Uncover & brush with dressing.

Uncover & bake an additional 30 mins, or until done.
