1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 3-oz. pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. Wesson Oil©
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
