4 sockeye salmon filets, about 1 1/2 pounds of salmon...
1/3 cup brown sugar...
2 T lemon zest...
1 t kosher salt...

Directions:
Directions:
Place oven rack in middle of oven, preheat broiler...
Place salmon on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet...
Combine sugar, zest and salt, mixing we'll...
Spread mixture over filets evenly...
Broil for 8 minutes, take out of oven and let it rest 3 minutes...
Serve and enjoy!

If not done enough for your liking, place in microwave for a minute or two...
