4 cod filets, 6 oz. each...
1 cup coconut milk...
2 T cilantro, coarsely chopped...
2 T sriracha hot chile sauce...
1 T chipotle sauce...
4 T coconut flakes, divided...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Place fish in a 2 quart baking dish...
Combine rest of ingredients, except coconut flakes, mix well and pour over fish....
Bake fish 10 minutes in oven...
REMOVE fish from oven and top each filet with 1 T of the coconut flakes...
RETURN fish to oven for an additional 10 minutes of baking...
Serve fish with the pan sauce...
