2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. Coca-Cola©
2 sticks margarine
3 T. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and sugar; add pecans and set aside.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan the Coca-Cola©, margarine, and cocoa. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Add buttermilk, marshmallows, soda, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well and bake in a greased, floured sheet cake pan 35 to 40 minutes at 350º. Ice with Coca-Cola© Icing as soon as it comes out of the oven.
